In my 13 + yrs. as a member of a Latino Greek Lettered Organization (LGLO), I have many friends, acquaintances who are in other LGLO's and in Black Greek Lettered Organization's (BGLO), I have always encountered some type of "'riff" between the two, either "Why do Latino orgs. Step"? 'They are trying to be like NPHC Orgs", 'They were founded because of us or by us", etc. etc.
My thoughts are get to know each other and understand and you will be surprised on how much we all have in common and the fact that Latino Orgs. were founded for many of the same reasons BGLO orgs were established.
What are your thoughts, on the above? Your areas or concerns, etc.?
